Eating Poop
This is common, possibly inherited from the mother’s instinct to clean up after puppies. Products claiming to make poop taste worse aren’t always effective.

Growling or “Woo-Woo” Sounds
Not all growls are aggressive. Some dogs make silly, playful growls or “woo-woo” noises when excited. Breeds like Basenjis can even make yodel-like sounds.

Hiccups
Young puppies often get them. It’s usually when they’re relaxed and can occur alongside eating, running, or breathing.

Eating Grass & Vomiting
Dogs may eat grass to make themselves throw up or to get fiber. Either way, vomiting can cause discomfort and electrolyte loss.

Mounting People or Other Dogs
Common in puppies and intact males, but females do it too.

Zoomies (FRAPs)
Puppies or young dogs sometimes burst into frantic running in circles when extremely excited.

Leg-Kicking When Belly-Rubbed
If you scratch their belly or side just right, their back leg may reflexively kick.
